Aid to the church in need delegation consists of Father Andrzej Halemba and Mr.Iban visit shlomo Organization for documentation, the delegation welcomed by the president and numbers of Shlomo board members. At the begin of they presented the ACN Archiving work in Iraq and Syria the survey that has been done by the church to all the destructions of the churches, monasteries and the schools by the Islamic state. In addition to the relief and the reconstruction of the Churches, schools, and houses, it has been accomplished.
The roots of Aid to the Church in Need go back to the time after World War II, and after the conflicts in Syria and Iraq and the huge destruction and the deterioration of the situation of large percentage of the Christians prompting them to work to provide humanitarian aid to Christian victims and displaced persons in both countries.
The delegation briefed by an explanation about data and statistics of shlomo through observation and documentation of violations and crimes committed against our Christian people and the other minorities in Iraq. They appreciated the great efforts of shlomo organization in collection evidence of the crimes and both side expressed the readiness to cooperate and coordination to bring the perpetrators to the competent courts to restore the rights and repatriation to the victims.
