Shlomo Holds Regular Meeting.
Stressing on Necessity of documenting crimes against Christians of Iraq.
The administrative body of Shlomo Organization its regular meeting on Saturday 20 August 2016 . the meeting included a number of issues and points in the agenda of Shlomo, following up resolutions and recommendations approved in the previous meeting.
Mr. Khalish Ishoo presented a summary about observation and documentation the violations in numbers which showed the size of losses and crimes committed by Daesh against our people. He also mentioned that Shlomo work of documentation reached 50% and there are more than eleven thousands families that haven’t been recorded yet. During the meeting M.r Ishoo called on all political and religious institutions and organizations of civil community to support Shlomo with its work and guiding our people with necessity of acceleration of documenting crimes against our people. The meeting also approved a timetable four our field teams to arrive at our displaced people towns in Dohuk, Erbil, Sulaimaniya and Baghdad and that time table will be declared later.
On the other hand, Mr. kamil Zomaya, official of external relations presented a detailed report about Shlomo activities with international sides especially with ambassador (Geo kyo Glim), chairman of United Nations human rights during holding the thirtysecond session on June 2016 and Mr. paolo Sergio, chairman of fact- finding committee of human rights in Syria.
Shlomo has presented on 29 June 2016 a file a bout the genocide against Christians to the European parliament during the convention to memorize the 101 of Saifa massacres. Besides, Zomaya demonstrated a summary on Shlomo activities the next time . The meeting discussed the efforts exerted for other activities made by Shlomo such as the revival of the second anniversary of forcible displacement, English language learning in addition to the exhibition which demonstrated the suffering of our people .It was decided to form a committee to revive artistic and cultural week on genocide on the occasion of the first anniversary of founding Shlomo Organization.
Shlomo has taken a number of resolution which are in favour of Shlomo work for the displaced to express their voices and opinions and the genocide to be reached to the local and international bodies to accelerate in taking decisions to liberate our towns and the return of these people with dignity and stopping the bleeding of migration .
