8 years ago today 31, November the Memorial day of the massacre of Sydat Al Najait Church our Christian people have been suffered a series crimes that targeted them in Iraq , especially after fall of the dictatorship in April 2003. Since that time, our people are suffering from the crimes of killing, displacement, demographic change and the crimes of Genocide especially in the areas Christian’s existence, Nineveh plain, Mosul, AlBassra, and the capital Baghdad. In 31 November 2010 the criminals’ members form Al Qaeda entered the Cathedral of Sydat Al Najat the believers were taken as a hostages to killed 58 and injured more than 100.
The atrocity crimes had been committed against minorities especially the Christians, are a series of prosecutions and genocides against the Christians in Iraq in attempts to annihilation, and force them to change their religion and their beliefs. The international law defined the genocide as any acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial, or religious group. To exterminate the indigenous people form their land.
